Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Repair Appliances: Use your technical expertise to diagnose and repair home appliances and equipment.
- Provide Cost Estimates: Clearly communicate cost estimates to customers and provide them with transparent information about the services required.
- Customer Communication: Effectively engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure they receive the best possible service.
- Parts Management: Order parts efficiently and manage company materials effectively.
- Collections: Collect payment for work performed in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience: 2 years of proven experience as an Appliance Repair Technician or similar role.
- Tech Savviness: Familiarity with schematics and technical manuals.
- Mechanical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems and mechanical principles.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- EPA Certification: EPA certification and Sealed System Experience is highly desirable.
- Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and at least 18 years old.
