To be successful in this role, you will need 2 years of proven experience as an Appliance Repair Technician or similar role, familiarity with schematics and technical manuals, strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of electrical systems, excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills. You will be working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
