Job Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior analytic services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Participate in the implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Conduct daily data collection and enter data into designated software systems
- Assist in observational assessments with the BCBA
- Prepare and implement materials for sessions as directed by the skill acquisition program
- Implement teaching procedures and interventions based on behavior modification determined by the supervising BCBA
- Store notes, data collection, graphs, and other documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Maintain visual supervision of children at all times
- Communicate effectively and professionally with various individuals
- Meet minimum requirements and annual renewal through BACB
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active RBT credentials through the BACB
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Annual Requirements:
- Pass the RBT competency assessment conducted by the supervising BCBA
- Complete annual renewal through BACB
- Receive ongoing supervision and comply with BACB's ethics requirements
Physical Demands:
The employee is frequently required to accurately communicate information and ideas so others will understand. The employee is regularly required to move, including walking, running, jumping, and sitting. The employee must be comfortable around standard farm animals and minimal allergies to touching, smelling, feeding, and engaging with animals.
