Unlock Your Potential as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
About the Role
">As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that prioritize compassionate care and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement treatment plans that are clinically sound and engaging for children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure consistent, high-quality care and support their growth and development as professionals.
- Collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth and milestones.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment that prioritizes compassionate care and community engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatments and interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
