Job Title: Medical Nurse
- Deliver direct patient care to post-operative and medical patients
- Create patient-centered care plans and implement them efficiently
- Monitor vital signs, IV therapy, medications, and wound care
- Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and discharge teams
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to safety protocols
- Train in EKG and de-escalation techniques as part of unit standards
Qualifications:
- RN License in AZ or Compact State
- ADN or Nursing Diploma (BSN preferred)
- Current BLS Certification (AHA or Red Cross)
- At least 1 year of RN Med-Surg experience
- Basic EKG within 3 months of hire
- De-escalation training within 6 months
