Residential Technician
A crisis stabilization program provides an alternative to hospitalization. This program offers an overnight, non-hospital setting that focuses on individualized care for those experiencing psychiatric/substance use crisis including detox.
Primary responsibilities include preparing healthy meals and snacks based on consumers' dietary needs, assisting with general supervision of consumers, and monitoring safety. Additionally, the technician assists with daily needs and personal hygiene tasks, laundry, light cleaning, searching belongings, and enrolling/discharging consumers.
**Job Details:**
- Location: Abingdon, VA
- Shift: Thursday - Saturday 1:00am – 8:00am (flexible schedule)
- Compensation: $15.00-$16.00/hour (shift differential)
**Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma/GED
- Current/valid driver's license required
- One year of related experience preferred
