Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to provide support and companionship to an adult with disabilities in their own home.

The role involves maintaining a safe and healthy living environment, assisting with daily tasks and activities, and fostering independence. You will work together with the individual to cultivate life skills, develop routines, and promote overall well-being.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Assisting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, budgeting, and decision-making
• Supporting skill acquisition and personal growth
• Medication administration and medical appointments
• Daily documentation via web-based case management application (THERAP)
• Community inclusion, integration, and socialization

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A clean driving record and current car insurance
• A stable residence that meets state requirements
• Able to pass State/Federal and APS/CPS background check
