Our team is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to administer patient care in accordance with a physician-established care plan. This role involves providing personalized, one-on-one care to patients in their homes, with the goal of creating a comfortable and supportive environment.
Patient needs range from weekly hours to 24-hour care, allowing for multiple scheduling options. We are looking for an individual who can advocate for patients, work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and make quick decisions in stressful situations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity. They will also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and move patients as needed. A current state or compact license as a Registered Nurse is required, as well as a TB test and physical examination.
This is a 1099 contract opportunity, and the Registered Nurse will be responsible for managing their own schedule and expenses. However, we offer competitive compensation rates of $40-$45 per hour, making this a lucrative opportunity for experienced nurses.
Additionally, we offer a $1,500 engagement bonus after 90 days of service. To qualify, candidates must pass a background check through the Department of Health and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional care to our patients.
