Your responsibilities will include providing support with daily tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting, as well as assisting with skill acquisition and medication administration. You will also be responsible for documenting daily activities via a web-based application.
Additional responsibilities may include providing transportation, supporting physical needs, and participating in community inclusion activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Resident of the state in which services will be provided
- Valid driver's license, car insurance, and current registration
- Active home or renters insurance
- Reliable computer and internet access
- Ability to pass State/Federal and APS/CPS background checks
