The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide high-quality care to residents. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized nursing care to residents
- Collaborate with residents, family members, and other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate care
- Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel
- Assist and support delegates to ensure safe and reliable administration of resident care
- Function within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in your state of practice and licensure
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
- Holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
Salary : $32,000 - $48,000
