- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute pre-construction plans
- Manage cost control and forecasting
- Oversee scheduling and critical path management
- Direct supervision of office and field teams
- Coordinate with subcontractors and clients
- Ensure safety compliance and risk mitigation
Requirements:
- 7 years' experience in heavy civil construction
- Proven track record managing self-perform crews and subcontractors
- Experience leading projects valued over $50M
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as HCSS, Bluebeam, P6, Agtek, Bid2Win, Trimble, etc.
Salary : $110,000 - $160,000
