The ideal candidate will possess experience working in a leadership capacity supporting civil construction operations, with excellent organizational, administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Function as a field supervisor overseeing civil project operations on construction projects.
• Responsible for organization, work methods, scheduling, cost control, conformity with drawings and specifications, workmanship, and assignment of work to accomplish project goals.
• Maintain positive working relationships with clients, architects/engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and jobsite staff.

Requirements

• 5 years previous experience in the construction industry with experience working in a superintendent/leadership capacity supporting civil construction operations.
• Experience in leadership, safety, negotiations, planning, and contract administration.
• Previous estimating and planning experience.
• Safety oriented, 30-hour OSHA certificate.

Salary : $106,715 - $143,917
