Job Duties:

• Preparation and Delivery: Accurately follow recipes and procedures to consistently deliver high-quality dishes, enhancing the overall dining experience.
• Station Management: Effectively manage assigned station, ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining a smooth operation.
• Cleanliness and Safety: Adhere to strict sanitation and safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized workspace that promotes employee well-being.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations, including assisting with dishwashing as needed.
• Regulatory Compliance: Follow all food safety, handling, and hygiene guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Reporting Incidents: Promptly report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and incidents to prevent disruptions.

Requirements:

• Essential Qualifications:
• High-Volume Experience: Preference given to candidates with prior high-volume kitchen experience.
• Food Safety Certification: Valid state-issued food safety and handling certification is required.
• Pressure Tolerance: Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures is critical.
• Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is necessary.
• Ability to work in various temperature conditions (hot and cold) is essential.
• Additional Requirements:
• Must be 16 years of age or older (18 years of age to operate certain equipment).
• Effective communication skills are required.
• Manual dexterity and coordination are necessary for tasks such as food preparation and serving.
