We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team.
This role will involve guiding patients through the process of selecting and acquiring cannabis products, providing exceptional customer service by making their experience a top priority.
- Assist patients in understanding product offerings and benefits
- Educate patients on cannabis properties and selection of proper genetics according to their desired effect or relief for their ailments
- Serve as a role model for store employees in sales generation and customer service
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner and maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on current cannabis trends
Key Qualifications
- 3 years' customer service experience with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience opening and closing a retail store or restaurant preferred
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling practices
- Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet Key Performance Indicators
