Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store activities, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

About the Job

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 35 hours per week across five shifts. Overtime may be available as needed. Open availability is essential, as the store operates daily from 8 AM to 12 AM, including holidays and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store activities, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
• SUPERVISE AND MANAGE STORE STAFF, INCLUDING TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
• Handle escalated customer service issues, working with customers to find solutions and resolve problems.

Requirements

• Previous retail management experience is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to accurately count both paper money and coins.
• OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE REQUIRED.
