Job Opportunity
\The Practice Coordinator position is available to manage front office daily activities, ensuring exceptional customer service to in-person and remote patients and clinicians.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily practice operations with a focus on quality customer service. \
- Coordinate patient care and clinician support services. \
- Provide general administrative support to clinicians as needed. \
- Collect payments and account balances at the time of service. \
- Complete insurance eligibility verification and resolve any issues. \
- Support clinician schedules by auditing for appointment accuracy. \
- Maintain a pleasant and secure working environment. \
- Assist patients with requests via phone, email, or portal. \
- Handle urgent requests and triage patient issues. \\
Required Skills/Abilities:
\Ability to multitask and prioritize duties to support delivery of high-quality patient experience.
\Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
\Proficient in using computer software applications (Microsoft Office & EMRs).
\Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information (HIPAA).
\Ability to work independently and as a team member.
\High School or equivalent required; associates/bachelor's degree preferred.
\1 year of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role or setting preferred.
