Job Title: Logistics Specialist

Safely operating a truck to deliver food products on schedule is key to this role. As a Logistics Specialist, you will ensure accurate and efficient unloading of products from the trailer with a two-wheeler or by hand.

The ideal candidate should possess strong customer service skills, adhere to safety protocols, and be physically able to handle heavy products. A valid CDL Class A license and compliance with DOT regulations are required for this position.

Main Responsibilities:

• Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times
• Carefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler or by hand
• Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures
• Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence
• Minimum of six months commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry required
• Ability to operate manual transmission preferred

Physical Requirements:

The ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80 lbs. of product repetitively during each shift is required. Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops is also necessary.
