Job Summary:
- Providing direct patient care, including comprehensive physical assessments before and after treatments.
- Ensuring quality renal care by reviewing patient medication profiles regularly and administering medications as prescribed.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Responsibilities:
Assess patients' physical and emotional needs prior to and during treatment sessions.
Administer medications according to physician orders and review patient medication profiles on a regular basis.
Participate in an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient assessment and care planning activities.
Safety and Quality:
As a Dialysis Nurse, you will work under the supervision of a Charge Nurse to ensure compliance with all company policies, state and federal laws, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- A current nursing license in the applicable state is required.
- Prior experience in dialysis nursing or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of current nursing experience is also preferred.
Salary : $64,000 - $86,000
