Job Summary:
Dialysis Registered Nurse
This role involves providing high-quality dialysis treatment to patients with kidney disease. You will work closely with patients, conducting physical assessments and monitoring them during treatment.
You will also be responsible for reviewing patient medication profiles and administering medications as ordered by physicians. In addition to direct patient care, you will contribute to an interdisciplinary team responsible for patient assessment and care planning activities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with others. They will participate in continuing education offerings and stay up-to-date on the latest best practices in the field.
