Job Description:
- Provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment to patients living with kidney disease.
- Conduct physical assessments before and after treatments, monitoring patients during treatment, and ensuring quality renal care by reviewing patient medication profiles and administering medications according to physician orders.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide all required patient assessment and care planning activities.
Safety and Quality: Adhere to company policies and procedures, state and federal laws and regulations, participate in staff meetings and continuing education offerings.
Requirements:
- Current nursing license in the applicable state.
- One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
- Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.
Salary : $95,000 - $122,000
