We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our cross-functional team at US Renal Care. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with patients living with kidney disease, providing safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment.
Patient Care
- Deliver exceptional patient care by working directly with patients to provide dialysis treatment.
- Complete physical assessments before and after treatments, documenting all findings.
- Monitor patients during treatment, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Review patient medication profiles monthly, administering medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team efforts to provide comprehensive patient assessment and care planning.
Safety & Quality
- Maintain the highest standards of quality renal care, adhering to company policies, state and federal laws, and regulations.
- Work under the supervision of a Charge Nurse to ensure seamless care delivery.
