About the Role
We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as 1099 independent contractors. As a Property Inspection Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough property inspections, providing accurate and impartial reports, and meeting client expectations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A clean and reliable vehicle capable of transporting a 32-foot ladder safely.
- An operational laptop and smartphone with ability to use Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to travel, especially during catastrophic events such as hurricanes and tornadoes.
- Ability to earn HAAG Certification within 90 days.
- Valid driver's license and State Issued Workers Compensation.
