Mortgage companies and banks require Property Inspectors to document the physical state of mortgaged loans by taking photos and filling out forms using a mobile app.

As a Property Occupancy Inspector, you will:

• Determine if a property is occupied or vacant
• Assess the property's condition as Good, Fair, or Poor
• Take high-quality photos of the property using your smartphone
• Fill out a form on your phone using a downloadable app
• Answer multiple-choice questions about the property's condition

Requirements:

• Pass a criminal background check
• Have dependable transportation with good gas mileage
• Own a smartphone (Android or iPhone)
• Have access to a printer/scanner
• Use a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms

• Pay based on area and volume
• Complete several inspections per hour
• Rural areas may offer higher pay per inspection
• The faster inspections are completed, the more assignments are available
• This is a 1099 contractor position; no resume required
