Mortgage field service contractors are required to document their findings using a mobile app, taking photos of the property and completing a form on their smartphone. The information gathered is used by lenders to make informed decisions regarding mortgage loans.
Key responsibilities include:
* Determining whether a property is occupied or vacant;
* Evaluating the property's condition and rating it as good, fair, or poor;
* Taking high-quality photos of the property using a smartphone;
* Completing a digital form and answering multiple-choice questions about the property's condition;
Requirements:
* Must be able to pass a background check;
* Possess reliable transportation with good gas mileage;
* Own a smartphone (Android or iPhone);
* Have access to a printer/scanner and a desktop/laptop or tablet for printing forms;
Income and Assignments:
