We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to perform daily maintenance of baseball fields. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on tasks including operation of a 4-wheeler, raking, digging and moving earth and heavy objects, laying out bases and chalk lines, cleaning restrooms, picking up trash, and other duties as assigned.
- Communicate maintenance and personnel issues to the Sports & Recreation Manager or the Sports & Recreation Assistant in a clear and timely manner.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, employees, and the public.
- Decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work hard in physically challenging conditions.
