Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Field Merchandising Professional to join our team. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for implementing client directives and completing tasks on time.
Your duties will include:
- Planogram implementation and maintenance
- Audits and resets of merchandise displays
- Pull & plugs, POP/POS placement, and product replenishment
You will work independently, but also as part of a team, depending on client needs. Friendly and outgoing communication skills are essential for building strong store relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in merchandising, including planograms and resets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- A smartphone with internet access and a printer when needed
Benefits
This is a project-based position, with variable pay rates ranging from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on client contracts.
Physical Demands
The job requires:
- Bending, squatting, kneeling, extending arms upward and downward
- Lifting and/or transporting boxes up to 25 pounds
- Ability to move fixtures on wheels
