We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team on a part-time, as-needed basis. As a Field Merchandiser, you will be responsible for implementing in-store displays, managing inventory, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
Job Description
- Maintain and execute in-store displays, including building racks and fixtures, resets, and planogram implementation.
- Conduct audits to ensure accuracy of merchandise and product displays.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop effective visual merchandising solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Merchandising Experience: 1 year of experience in merchandising, including store management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, stand for long periods, and move fixtures on wheels.
- Technical Requirements: Android or iPhone device, access to Google via phone, reliable internet connection, and valid driver's license.
