Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medication to residents according to their care plan.
• Perform treatments as assigned by physicians within scope of practice.
• Accurately report and record residents' conditions and care including signs and symptoms indicative of change.
• Perform all duties in accordance with local state and federal guidelines.

You will have the opportunity to work independently or as part of a group. Computer knowledge is required and previous long-term care experience is preferred but not necessary.

Qualifications:

• Active RN Registered Nurse license authorized to work in the state of DE.
