Lead Nursing Professional

As a registered nurse supervisor, you will oversee the delivery of patient care services while ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures and standards.
This position requires a strong commitment to excellence, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide seamless patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate and record patient care services.
- Teach, delegate and supervise nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Coordinate services with other healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Requirements include: Successful completion of a diploma or associate's degree program in nursing from an accredited institution, as well as a bachelor's degree preferred. Strong communication and delegation skills are essential for success in this role.
This position involves floating to different departments within the facility, requiring flexibility and adaptability. The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting directly to the Director of Nursing.
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
