We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Operations Manager to join our team.
Job Description
The Front of House Operations Manager will be responsible for creating energizing and memorable customer experiences through curiosity, educational, and innovative dining choices. This role will accomplish the following:
- Enthusiastically participate in personal development and onboarding training
- Become familiar and aligned with our culinary programs and strategies
- Help create and drive the FOH training for service, menus, and experiences
- Assist in developing beverage and bar coaching programs
- Assist leadership in developing front-of-house logistics
- Assist in executing a schedule and framework of launching new concepts in preparation for opening
- Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of our restaurants
- Collaborate actively in a team-oriented environment to accomplish shared goals and support cross-functional initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2 years in culinary/restaurant related industry
- Experience managing a team of 5
- Menu development experience a plus
- Beverage/barista experience preferred
