We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. This individual will be responsible for managing a diverse team, ensuring efficient workflow, and making strategic decisions to drive business growth.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily plant operation, including supervising shift crew and ensuring compliance with safety protocols
- Lead quality assurance initiatives, including regular training and monitoring of staff performance
- Develop and implement process improvements, streamlining operations to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Ensure regulatory compliance, including OSHA and ISO standards
- Oversee maintenance and upkeep of equipment and facilities
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in plant or warehouse leadership, preferably with a mechanical background
- Familiarity with OSHA and similar guidelines
- Knowledge of boilers, autoclaves, air compressors, compactors, hydraulic equipment, and warehouse equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, or flexible hours as needed
