Chief Medical Officer Family Medicine with Obstetrics
Northeast Montana Health Services is seeking a mission-driven Chief Medical Officer (CMO) who is also a practicing Family Medicine physician with OB. This is a unique opportunity to blend clinical care with executive leadership in a rural, underserved region of Montana.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Family Medicine with OB and experience in clinical leadership. They will be responsible for delivering patient care, leading and mentoring clinical teams, overseeing quality and safety, and collaborating with community leaders and staff.
The CMO will play a key role in shaping the clinical strategy and culture of Northeast Montana Health Services. They will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement strategies that improve patient care and outcomes. The CMO will also be responsible for championing innovation and access in rural healthcare.
- MD/DO licensed in Montana (or eligible)
- BE/BC
- OB-trained with C-section experience
- 5 years clinical leadership preferred
- High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills

Salary : $180,000 - $250,000
