- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine check-ups and provide preventive care for patients of all ages
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, as well as injuries
- Interpret diagnostic tests, including lab results and imaging studies
- Presume medications and treatments as needed
- Counsel patients on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention
- Perform surgical procedures, including deliveries
