As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in introducing new accounts to our platform, advising customers on our catalogue, and securing sales orders through our app.
Responsibilities:
- Develop your book of business by representing us in the field and building strong retailer relationships.
- Identify opportunities to introduce new accounts to our platform and expand existing relationships.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest brands and their pitches through regular brand trainings.
- Secure sales orders from customers using our RepRally app.
- Collaborate with leadership on account planning, meeting reviews, and tactics to close sales and drive order volume growth.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone or live chat.
Requirements:
- A self-motivated approach to quickly learn the RepRally app and drive business growth.
- Willingness to meet customers in person to establish relationships and make sales.
- Excellent communication skills for handling customer inquiries via phone when necessary.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an asset.
