As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with independent retail stores and introduce new accounts to our platform.
- Grow existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and advice on our current catalogue, including emerging brands and lucrative store incentives.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest brands and learn how to pitch them through regular brand trainings led by the brands themselves.
- Secure sales orders from customers through our RepRally app to meet targets.
- Collaborate with your leadership team on account planning, meeting reviews, and tactics to close sales and ramp order volume.
- Address customer inquiries live and work with our operations team to resolve issues promptly and professionally, delivering a compelling customer experience.
Skills Required: A self-starter mindset that enables quick adaptation to the RepRally app, willingness to engage with customers in person, excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries, and proficiency in multiple languages is an asset.
