IT Systems Administrator
We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of our IT systems and infrastructure.
This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive approach to systems management, and the ability to support local and remote users in a fast-paced environment.
You will administer and maintain Windows Server systems, Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and file/print services. You will also manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various platforms (Windows, Azure AD, M365).
In addition, you will monitor and maintain system health, performance, security patches, and backups. You will function as the primary on-site IT contact for troubleshooting and support of hardware, software, network, and peripheral equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Windows Server systems, Active Directory, GPOs, and file/print services.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various platforms (Windows, Azure AD, M365).
- Monitor and maintain system health, performance, security patches, and backups.
- Function as the primary on-site IT contact for troubleshooting and support of hardware, software, network, and peripheral equipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field (or 3 years technical experience).
- 3–5 years of IT support, system administration, or site technician experience.
- Strong proficiency with: Windows Server and Windows 10/11 operating systems, Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair (PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals).
- Ability to lift and move IT equipment (up to 50 pounds if required).
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) or Intune.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).

This position is located on-site in Westlake, Texas.
