Building Electronic Controls (BEC) is seeking a dedicated, proactive and customer oriented Monitoring Coordinator to join our service department at our Glendora office. This role is designed to be an entry point into our company, providing a comprehensive introduction to BEC, our service management system, customers, and company culture. As a Monitoring Coordinator, you will lay the foundation for a rewarding career in our growing service department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily review and analysis of monitoring reports to identify necessary actions.
- Coordinate with customers appearing on the monitoring report to address various action items.
- Assist the service department in booking new work orders resulting from the monitoring report.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and actions taken.
- Collaborate with other service team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in service dispatching or a related field.
- Tech-savvy with a strong ability to use and learn various software and technological tools.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
