What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Aide- Full Time position at Beechwood Health Care Center, Inc?
Presbyterian Village at North Church is looking for a Full-Time Maintenance worker. This position will include routine maintenance duties around the facility as well as in resident apartments. A successful candidate will have plumbing, electrical and painting experience, be highly ethical and responsible, have good customer service skills and works well with the elderly.
- Performs maintenance on all building systems equipment.
- Completes maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Assists with plumbing, hot water and electrical repairs.
- All other responsibilities as assigned or requested.
Hours: Monday-Friday days, occasional on call and weekends
