We are currently seeking a highly organized and energetic Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Events Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure every event runs smoothly from conception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and logistical planning of events, including site visits, setup, and breakdown
- Maintain event timelines, schedules, and checklists
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff
- Prepare event materials, kits, signage, and promotional items
- Support on-site event execution and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Collect post-event feedback and contribute to event reporting and analysis
- Manage inventories of event supplies and ensure timely restocking
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning tools
- Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends during events
