Job Title: Production Worker
Location: Sylmar, CA 91342
Duration: 06 Months contract (Potential Temp to Perm)
Payrate: $19 - $20/hr. (Depending on Shift)
Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd Shifts are available
Overtime Available (with Overtime Pay)

On the job training, with cross-training for other skilled positions and opportunities for advancement. The aerospace business is growing and we are continually training and promoting up from within.
Responsibilities:
- Follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms.
- Discern quality of parts and materials used in production.
- Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process.
- Follow company procedures and directives.
- Test finished products for defects.
- Maintain the tools used to create products.
- Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.
Education and Experience:
*High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience in related field.
Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Physical fitness and strength to lift and operate heavy electrical machinery
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Good communication skills
- Ability to operate soldering machines
- Ability to create and Interpret technical documentation
- Basic computer skills such as emailing, record keeping, ordering, inventory management and form filing
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts
