Job Responsibilities
- Supporting incoming, in-process and final inspection.
- Reviewing supporting data and documentation and generating inspection records.
- Enforcing FOE/FOD, ESD and Calibration protocols.
- Generating non-conforming material records in company's Quality Applications and ERP System.
- Performing a variety of Quality Assurance related tasks in support of engineering and operations.
- Frequent use of microscopes.
- Sitting/standing 90/10
- High School Diploma or Higher
- 3 years experience in electronic and mechanical inspection.
- Experience with mechanical inspection tools.
- Experience working in an ISO-9001 and/or AS9100 Quality System environment.
- Experience with solder inspection experience on J-STD-001 or IPC-610, 62
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be detail oriented, have good organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to lift/move low weight materials.
- Frequent wearing of smocks for ESD and FOD control.
- May be required to pass eyesight examinations for particular customers.
- J-STD-001 Class 3 and/or IPC 610 certifications preferred.
- AOI experience preferred.
- AS9102 (First Article Inspection) experienced preferred.
- Experience with a Quality Application such as TIPQA, QCBD, etc. preferred.
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint ERP System preferred.
