Bella Moulding is a boutique wholesale supplier in the custom frame industry. We are growing our team and seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide top notch service to our customers. In this position, you will be receiving calls from businesses who are ordering products or samples.
Our customers are awesome and expect excellent service from our staff. We are looking for someone with attention to detail and strong communication skills. We ship much of our product same-day so our business is driven by deadlines, therefore this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process orders received by phone, fax or email
- Follow up on customer orders/inquiries
- Resolve customer inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Work closely with production and shipping departments to ensure accurate and timely service
- Build relationship with customers and sales reps
- General clerical duties
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have phone-based customer service experience
- Must be a self-starter who can handle multiple concurrent tasks efficiently and successfully
- Must be well organized, detail oriented, and have excellent communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office, email and general office equipment
- Strong basic math skills
- Ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Manufacturing/production experience preferred
- Framing experience a plus
Hours of operation: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, M-F in Chicago West Town neighborhood, guaranteed 40 hours per week, business casual office environment and free parking
Salary : $20 - $21
