Job Description : The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience for our guests. This role involves managing daily operations, including room cleaning, serving continental breakfast, and handling room changes.
Key Responsibilities :
Welcome and check-in guests, ensuring a smooth and pleasant arrival experience.
Address guest inquiries and provide information about local attractions and services.Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Room Management :Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, ensuring they are spotless and well-maintained.
Change and refresh rooms daily, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues.Breakfast Service :Prepare and serve a continental breakfast each morning, ensuring a variety of fresh and appealing options.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area.Monitor inventory and restock breakfast supplies as needed.Administrative Duties :Manage reservations and update booking systems.
Handle billing and payment processing.Maintain accurate records of guest stays and transactions.Property Maintenance :Ensure common areas are clean and inviting.
Coordinate with maintenance staff for any repairs or upkeep needed.Monitor security and safety protocols.Qualifications :
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Benefits :
