Marketing Specialist (Full Time)

The Marketing Specialist will be an integral part of the BeMobile Marketing Team and will be responsible for supporting and executing marketing campaigns to drive sales and growth to support BeMobile goals. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for coordinating new and existing digital marketing initiatives including email marketing, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), web management, recruitment, analytics, and reporting. This position will work as part of a team to coordinate sales collateral, product marketing, and communications, trade shows, customer events, internal employee programs, and other related initiatives as assigned.

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for coordinating new and existing digital marketing initiatives including email marketing, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), web management, recruitment, analytics, and reporting. This position will work as part of a team to coordinate sales collateral, product marketing, and communications, trade shows, customer events, internal employee programs, and other related initiatives as assigned.
Responsibilities may include:
- Coordinate marketing activities or policies to promote BeMobile products and services that work with advertising and/or promotions. For all internal pieces utilize standardized documents and maintain archiving and distribution of materials.
- Knowledge and understanding of advertising reporting, graphics, and/or photo imaging software, and WordPress templates.
- Creative and critical thinking for media production and methods of communication. Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written oral and visual media.
- Manage, analyze, and strategize the BeMobile Website and Social Media accounts to increase brand awareness on key social sites. This includes researching and recommending new social media tools, sites, and apps as a part of the social media mix.
- The Marketing Specialist is responsible for responding to external posts and comments made on these digital forms in a timely manner.
- Day-to-day day administration of marketing emails, social media posts, and notifications. WordPress front-end updates and digital advertising. In addition to creating tactics and scheduling the content unique to each platform including copywriting.
- Creation production, editing support, and overall professional finish of special events and supporting the day of efforts for the company.
- Campaign support includes communication with customers and employees to convey events and promotions. All campaigns will be created with Verizon co-op guidelines and branding compliance. Assist in any fulfillment including shipping, packing, and ordering.

Qualifications:
- 1 year of marketing experience
- Ability to travel occasionally for work events and meetings
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to schedule and manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines, either independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication (both written and verbal) and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of Google Products (Gmail, Sheets, Slides, and Drive)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in retail or telecommunications
- Experience with recruitment and event marketing
- Knowledge of Google Ad words and SEO management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or a related field
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Acrobat, and Adobe Express
- Knowledge of the function of a DSLR camera and video recorder
