Description
Water Park Concessions Manager is responsible for the training and evaluation of Concession Stand Attendants, stocking supplies, preparing food items, completing monetary transactions, and ensuring a safe and clean concessions environment.
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Staffing of the Bensenville Water Park & Splash Pad concessions stand including scheduling and training.
- Inventory and ordering of concession stand supplies and materials.
- Maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness in food preparation, equipment, and facility.
- Prepare and display concessions food.
- Responsible for operating and cleaning food preparation equipment.
- Responsible for accurate opening and closing reporting and drawer balancing.
- Maintains cleanliness of concessions building and outside grounds.
- Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of the Head Manager & Aquatic & Leisure Center Manager.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Certification in Healthcare Provider CPR/AED and First Aid, offered by the Bensenville Park District.
- Certified food manager certificate required.

HOURS Varied throughout the summer season, May through August
