Full-time - Reports To: Executive Pastor
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Join our vibrant and growing church community in Northern Colorado as we cultivate an atmosphere of worship and spiritual growth. You'll lead our Worship Teams, oversee Guest Services, and ensure a God-glorifying response of worship during our Sunday services. You'll play a vital role in crafting services that hold fast to biblical truth and extravagant (unrestrained) worship.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Band, Production, and Guest Services leaders and teams.
- Develop and implement engaging worship elements.
- Train and equip new team leaders and team members for Band, Production, and Guest Services (teamwork makes the dream work!).
- Collaborate with pastoral staff to plan and execute services.
- Program and maintain technical aspects of worship, including sound mixing and lighting.
- Cultivate a culture of worship and discipleship among volunteers.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- You have an authentic, active, and vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ (the same on and off stage).
- You have a minimum of 5 years in worship ministry at a like-minded church with demonstrated talent and ability to sing and play guitar and/or piano.
- You care about people, hearts, and discipleship over processes and perfection.
- You're passionate about singing, worship and discipleship (first to arrive, last to leave).
- You have strong leadership and communication skills, able to navigate relationships with all types of personalities (constant, consistent, and concise communication).
- You're incredibly self-aware and humble - Happy to not always be in the spotlight.
- You care about the details of sound mixing and technical aspects of worship.
- You have a strong knowledge of Ableton Live, ProPresenter, and Planning Center.
- You've got experience with using and mixing multi-tracks (this is a must!).
- You'll take on programming LightKey and midi control (this is a plus!).
- You bring a desire to grow a congregation in worship, singing, understanding, and focus.
- You’re committed to Bent Tree Church's mission, vision, values, and you believe what we believe (reformed in doctrine, wholehearted in worship).

Salary: $38,000 - $58,000 DOE
