What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher position at Berg Enterprises, Inc?
We are currently seeking a Dispatcher to join our team. This role will manage the flow of information from our customers to our crews in the field and help direct service calls accordingly This position will be based in Sierra Vista, AZ. This position reports to the VP, Service.
Specifically, we need someone to:
- Answer and track incoming calls and assign to appropriate person/department
- Filter non-appointment calls and transfer to appropriate person
- Coordinate service/remodel technician arrival times with customers
- Manage and update customer database with complete and accurate information
- Oversee technician daily schedules and make updates as needed
- Respond positively to calls from customers to understand their needs and effectively schedule work orders
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with customers and technicians
- Accept and enter payments from customers for outstanding account balances
- Pass along any information from tickets to VP, Service for ordering, quoting, etc
- Provide various support to all departments as needed
