Berg Enterprises is seeking experienced technicians for our commercial HVAC/mechanical team. Our crews travel to project sites throughout the country. A large volume of our work is located in southern AZ, but we also have active work opportunities throughout the rest of AZ, TX, OK, NM, and FL. Much of our commercial work is federal, so employees have the opportunity to earn prevailing wages based on their location.
Essential Tasks of a Berg HVAC Technician
Take charge of all assigned work and maintain a sense of ownership of all Berg scope on site.
Walk the site in an observant manner.
Take notice of hazards and, when appropriate, correct them accordingly.
Develop an awareness of the entire project, to include other tradework.
Communicate
With your HVAC Technician Crew and your Assigned Crew
With your HVAC Technician Crew Foreman and your Assigned Crew Foreman
With the public, customers, or adjacent trade crews, when necessary
Install, maintain, repair, replace, test, and commission HVAC equipment
