WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Sales Assistant - Product Genius is responsible for delivering outstanding guest service in the vehicle delivery process. This position works directly with guests complete the delivery process of their new vehicle including: an overview of all safety and technology features, getting the guest's phone synced and settings input, and being the point of contact for guests regarding any feature questions regarding their new vehicle. This position serves as the technology and brand expert for their vehicle manufacturer and teaches out any new feature and technology updates to our sales advisors.

The Sales Assistant will also assist with lot organization, photographing vehicles, updating vehicle information and pricing tags, and ensuring vehicles are ready for their scheduled delivery time by verifying they were refueled, detailed, and pulled into the delivery bay.

This position is an excellent entry-level role for those looking to get into the automotive sales industry.

While previous sales or service experience in any area may be helpful, it is not required! We offer fully paid training for learning the negotiation free sales process, mastering your brand's models, and more!

Schedule: shifts ranging Monday - Thursday 9am - 7pm, Friday 9am - 6pm, every other Saturday 9am - 5pm (in exchange for a weekday off)
Pay of $16.00-19.00/hour based on experience.
