Key Qualifications:
- 10 years of post-graduate interior design experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field from an accredited program
- Expertise in interior design for workplace and/or hospitality projects
- Strong graphic communication skills and ability to lead presentations
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and 3D rendering software
- NCIDQ certification preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities
- Strong knowledge of finishes, materials, furniture, and specifications
- Capable of mentoring junior team members and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Independently lead multiple projects from concept to completion, with guidance from the Design Director and Project Manager
- Manage all phases of the design process: programming, space planning, concept and schematic design, design development, and construction documentation
- Lead client interactions and presentations
- Select and specify furniture, finishes, and lighting
- Develop interior details and guide junior designers in producing technical documentation
- Produce compelling presentation drawings that communicate design intent
- Collaborate across disciplines to ensure cohesive project execution
