Senior Interior Designer - Workplace / Hospitality / Commercial

Key Qualifications:

• 10 years of post-graduate interior design experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field from an accredited program
• Expertise in interior design for workplace and/or hospitality projects
• Strong graphic communication skills and ability to lead presentations
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and 3D rendering software
• NCIDQ certification preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities
• Strong knowledge of finishes, materials, furniture, and specifications
• Capable of mentoring junior team members and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Independently lead multiple projects from concept to completion, with guidance from the Design Director and Project Manager
• Manage all phases of the design process: programming, space planning, concept and schematic design, design development, and construction documentation
• Lead client interactions and presentations
• Select and specify furniture, finishes, and lighting
• Develop interior details and guide junior designers in producing technical documentation
• Produce compelling presentation drawings that communicate design intent
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure cohesive project execution
